Permission is granted to temporarily use Dbrief for personal or professional purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not modify or copy the materials, use the materials for any commercial purpose, or remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Communications Consent (SMS, Voice, and Automated Messages)

By creating an account, providing your phone number, or otherwise using the Dbrief services, you expressly consent to receive communications from Dbrief, including but not limited to text messages (SMS), voice calls, prerecorded messages, and automated communications, for purposes that may include account notifications, service-related messages, operational communications, support, security alerts, reminders, and other information related to your use of the services.

You acknowledge and agree that such communications may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, or similar technology, and that your consent is provided in accordance with applicable law, including the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Consent to receive such communications is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying "STOP" to any message you receive from us.
